Overview: As small cells are rolled out, they will reuse some existing backhaul capabilities, including fiber points of presence, management systems and cell site aggregation infrastructure. But new solutions will be required to push backhaul out to all the lampposts, buildings and other sites where small cells needs to go. These solutions must include wireless backhaul options at new frequencies, including non-line-of-sight solutions, and a new generation of miniaturized, cost-optimized cell site router and demarcation capabilities. This webinar will share small cell backhaul requirements and a roadmap for how backhaul networking requirements will evolve to meet the unique demands of the public access small cell era.
